Assessment day- set up
Whilst traditional interviews may work for some people, more and more companies are looking for new and more effective ways of selecting candidates for employment. Our assessment days are a great way of seeing how candidates react within a group environment, how they interact and deal with on-the-spot exercises, these could include-
