My client is a growing recruitment firm with offices and operations in London, Bristol and Manchester. Due to internal growth they now have an exciting opening at their Bristol office for a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be based from our clients' Central Bristol office where you can expect to work on some exciting projects for some of Bristol’s leading companies. Your initial responsibility will be the development of a client portfolio; this will be achieved through the acquisition of new business and the account management of existing and previous clients. The ideal candidate for this role will be a first class graduate with some commercial experience. It is important that you posses polished communication and presentation skills, an open approach and the ability to liaise at all levels of business. The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of upto 20k with an uncapped OTE of 40k in the first year plus an additional benefits package.
