| National Account Manager London £40-45,000 basic & 50% OTE Are you experienced in proving telecoms solutions to major players in the retail scene? Have you built rapport with the major supermarkets or mobile phone chains? My client are one of the leaders in providing low-cost, high quality international mobile services. Due to expansion, this established group are looking for a National Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships within this sector. Key responsibilities include: • You will have ultimate Account Management responsibility for your own portfolio of High Street and Supermarket Key accounts • Take overall responsibility for the accounts throughout their lifecycle and lead the creation and delivery of successful strategies that build long term, sustainable relationships • Develop individual Account Development plans to maximise profit, revenue, base growth and tenure • Increase and maintain customer satisfaction and to ensure that the individual needs of the customer are met • Spend within assigned budgets • Deliver sales to set targets • Manage customer lifecycle by Channel working with key teams • Manage the retailer Sales/Churn/ARPU against the company set targets Ideally you will have telecoms experience, however, other backgrounds will be considered.
