| Business Development Manager 18k-20k Basic + Uncapped OTE Gloucestershire An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client who has over 10 years' experience supplying packaging solutions to a wide variety of markets, including builders' merchants, agricultural, recycling, local authorities, chemical companies etc. Our client is experiencing consistent growth and is in a position for further rapid and sustained expansion. My client is looking to recruit a very talented & self motivated Business Development Manager to sell to an existing customer base as well as frequently generating new business. The position will be a mixture of working both internally and in the field, but will initially involve working office based with an excellent scope to move very quickly into field sales. Job Requirements: The successful candidate is required to have a minimum of three years’ direct B2B outbound telesales experience. Previous packaging experience is advantageous but not essential. The ideal candidate is also required to be honest, motivated, self driven, hungry for rewards and able to work under their own initiative. This is a role that expects personal development and motivation to move the business forward as the role is expected to grow in line with the business strategy.
